  Crazy About Fermentation
Ever been interested in making your own sauer kraut, kimchi, or dill pickles, like grandma used to make that tasted so good? No not the processed ones with vinegar like in the grocery store, but homemade ones with just vegetables, sea salt, and water. It is easier than you think. Would you like to know what naturally fermented vegetables are? Or understand the wonderful benefits you receive from enjoying them? If this intrigues you then I have the class for you.

This class will demonstrate how to make homemade sauer kraut using a Picklemeister fermentation jar. Class includes: copies of my recipes for sauer kraut, kimchi, and dill pickles, samples to taste, and a discussion about the benefits of eating naturally fermented foods.

1 gallon Picklemeister fermentation jars are available at Marjie's Gluten Free Pantry for $23. To reserve your spot, please register for the class by August 14th.

Cost of Class: $15
